Riviera Hotel

Me encantó su ubicación, frente a un lago y un circuito de motos. La habitación era amplia, cómoda y limpia, así como su baño. Todo muy limpio. El desayuno también estuvo a buena altura y la encargada de atendernos, más, una mujer con energía. El personal nos atendió de maravilla, sobre todo el que organizaba las mesas y pedía la comanda, un personaje vital y educado.

Cleanliness

Rude front desk. There was no air conditioning the room was 90 degrees when we contacted the front desk they said that the temp outside was too cold to turn the air conditioning The safe in the room did not work. The hotel was in an off path is not well maintained out side. Actually not inviting at all. The online photos are very misleading. The breakfast was picked over.

Nothing, when we got there it looked almost deserted. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else

It was very dated. Nothing like the pictures posted.
