Hotel Meliden

Nothing at all! Just must stay as we have booked and paid for

Staff is unprofessional Cheating on us about deposit of RM100/person for charging us on leaving stains in towel or carpet even before we are allowed to check in to the room. We end up checking stains in unused towel and carpet and curtains… then found the curtain and towel are already full of stains , Was not very cleaned even though they claimed is fresh and new towels… we were so worried that our RM100/person would be confiscated by the hotel with the stains they have leafy in the room even before we use it! Aircon was never working was so hot from the moment check in until the moments we checked out. There is no telephone in the room The hotel can never give morning calls No breakfast in the hotel Water bottles was so expensive like more than double compare to others. Bathroom is constantly smelly with drainage issues Room size is also very small not even enough to have one person passed. Y with the distance from bed to desk. Shower head was not flexible Water temperature was place wrongly with indicating signs. Hotel is also far away from everywhere Was a mistakes to stay with this hotel! This hotel should not be even called as in the list of booking.com!

Great little place, perfect location close to a lot of restaurants, cafés, and shops. The hotel is lovely, clean, well kept.

Room is a bit small, no intercom in the rooms, so any communication or anything you need, you have to physically go down to the reception.
