AVOID - Unmanned reception. Arrived at around 10pm on a sat night after flight cancelled -7 outside. Could only communicate via email. The Machine that contained the rooms keys did not work. We could not get into our room. 2 others were having the same problem. In the end we gave up and booked another hotel in Stockholm and had to get another taxi. Although the host who never gave a name agreed to a refund. This has never arrived and now chasing booking.com and my card company. This is not a hotel you can trust if there is an issue. Plus it’s in the middle of nowhere, 15 mins from the airport and no place to eat or get food - was a very unpleasant experience all round - AVOID

Everything - I would recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs- it is in the middle of nowhere. Nothing near by to get food and about 15 mins from the airport. And the hotel has nothing to offer as it’s unmanned.

The room was clean and modern, good storage and facilities.

I was given a room which wasn't ready, but the staff quickly gave me a new room. The key box to gain access to the room key was very bad. Had to call staff to make it work and a hard shove from the staff member made the key box open. The light strip above the kitchen opposite the bed was always on, no way to turn it off, I hung some bedding to block the light.

Chambre pas propre, cadavre de mouche et insecte partout dans la chambre. Matelas avec des grosse tâches ancienne d'urine ou de sang? Pas de personnel à l'accueil L'hôtel nous a appellé à deux reprises à plus de 23h pour savoir quel numéro de chambre ils nous avaient donné.

Good location and ok standard. They were accommodating when we asked for a late checkout.

There was rotten meat in the refrigerator so we could not use it, it smelled terrible even after we removed it ourselves. The bathtub did not drain properly and had no plug so we could use it. When reporting to staff they said sorry and that they will do better next time. Would have felt better with some kind of compensation for the trouble.
