Die Wohnung entsprach überhaupt nicht der Ausschreibung bei Booking.com, so dass wir sie sofort wieder verlassen haben. Eine Regelung mit dem Vertreter des Vermieters war nicht möglich.

Der Check-In sollte über ein Gästeportal erfolgen. Das Eingeben der Daten war jedoch nicht möglich. Eine Kontaktaufnahme zu einer verantwortlichen Person dauerte lange und gestaltete sich sprachlich schwierig. Das Apartment roch unangenehm und war unzureichend gereinigt. Die Waschmaschine war völlig verschmutzt, der Wäscheständer zerbrochen. Es lagen Zigarettenstummel und stinkende Putztücher auf der Terrasse. Wir haben das Apartment, nach Rücksprache mit dem Vertreter des Vermieters ungenutzt verlassen und den Schlüssel hinterlassen.
