Lovely introduction to Kyoto- staff were lovely. AMAZING breakfast in our room - what a treat!

Traditional Japanese beds were a bit challenging for us big people but we got used to them after a night or two.

The best part was breakfast.

in 4 nights we stayed there, We couldn't book dinner at the hotel, as I was told it was fully booked. I understand there were options when booking a room, to choose dinner included, and probably many did that. I just don't understand how a hotel can't accommodate guests that haven't booked rooms with dinner included especially that it is delivered in the room and not a restaurant where you dont have available tables.There were times after busy day, that we wanted just to go to the room and have dinner in a quiet environment. It bothered me a lot.

"Superbe, onsen a faire absolument si vous n’avez jamais essayé et les employés sont super"

L’onsen est super, les tenues qu’ils vous prêtent pour le séjour(s) sont superbe. Je signale juste que toutes les tenues doivent être rendu à la fin sauf les chaussettes et un petit sac cadeau.

Les prix sont peut être un peu trop élevé dans la boutique de souvenir. Et j’ai eu un problème avec la télécommande de mon humidificateur. Elle ne marchait pas

Abbiamo soggiornato presso il Ryokan per una notte, all’interno della camera stile giapponese. Il ryokan ha ambienti comuni davvero belli e ben curati; il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile. La camera in stile giapponese fantastica; molto spaziosa sembrava una piccola casa.. stanza per mangiare, stanza per dormire con futon estremamente comodo, e bagno con vasca. Davvero carino e pulitissimo. Nella camera erano presenti kit cortesia, kit per farsi il tè matcha e kimono da indossare per un’esperienza completa. Abbiamo fatto anche la cena gourmet giapponese, servita in camera: un tripudio di sapori e pietanze tipiche davvero squisite. Stessa nota di merito per la colazione sempre in stile giapponese. Consiglio questo ryokan a coloro che hanno voglia di assaporare un po’ di stile giapponese a 360 gradi.
