My room doesn’t have heater. The studio room queen size bed is too small for a couple.

The day before our arrival to the lodgement they changed our booking date, which I had to argue with them to rectify the issue. Instead of getting what I booked and paid for I received two single double deck beds for my wife and I. I was not very happy at all.

- The location is near the LRT and other public transportations. It's very easy to find. There's even a 7-11 infront of the building - Everything in the unit is working - There's a window so it does not feel cramped even if the space is small - There's free towel, soap, and shampoo - There's a chain lock on the door - Price was affordable - There's a free breakfast - Staff was nice, accommodating, and very easy to talk to even online. They also update us when the room was ready Thank you!

- I think the unit was not fully inspected when cleaned because I saw a snack wrapper (Nova) and plastic in the drawer when I opened it - The floor is kinda sticky. Like it was not properly cleaned cause when you walk on it for a while, your sole will turn dark - Not really a big thing but what would make it perfect aside from those things above to be improved, is if there's a TV, even a small one, and mugs. Since there's an electric kettle, I would've expected there's mugs - Wifi is a little slow and sometimes it goes in and out But those are fine. We still comfortably enjoyed our stay and will surely go back when I have to wait for hubby again. I hope when we go back, they're able to improve on those things I shared
