Lily Residency HOMESTAY

Room was very nice and comfortable. Room was clean and neat when we took possession. Owner allowed us to use the common kitchen area which was very helpful since we had a kid with us.

Service was very poor. There was no permanent care taker. For getting water also we had to keep calling them twice or thrice. No one came to clean the room even once for a 3 day stay. We paid advance before arrival, we were pressurized to pay the full amount on the first day itself. It would have been good if we had been allowed to pay the remaining amount when we checked out.

the service of the staff was exceptional with the employees going out of their way to help us to meet our needs of being in velankanni on our religious holiday,these employees always had a smile on their face and didn't even think twice about helping us reach our room which were exceptionally clean and everything was working

Very close proximity to beach about 300 meters. Very close proximity to Velankanni church 800 meters.

It is a Home stay with only 3 rooms and not a hotel. No room service or staff to cater to your requirements. Since, the payment through paytm got stuck due to their Bank issue blanket was not provided. Only 1 towel per room.
