This property was in a great location to get out walking and enjoy the area. Very quiet neighborhood and it is close to Lake Morton which is lovely! It is also close to the Lakeland downtown area which has many great restaurants.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

"Good studio apartment but stairs and no lift"

Studio was clean and well equipped and the decor was good. Location was quiet but near to the Frank Lloyd Wright buildings which we wanted to visit.

There was no mention in the information that the studio was up a flight of stairs, which meant carrying luggage, food and everything up steps. This was a bit difficult for us but for an elderly or disabled person it would have been impossible, so there should have been a warning. Parking at the back was OK but not a lot of space allocated.
