ATC Residence

The hotel is very clean and sits on a quiet side road. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Good value for the money. Chose this hotel since it is only about a 10 minute taxi ride to the central train station..

There was an option to include breakfast in my booking, but I chose not to. However, I came down in the morning, wanting just to have some coffee and I was told that they do not have any.. It was suggested that I should drink the instant coffee in my room. That coffee came in a little pouch, which was full of artificial sweeteners, and it was absolutely disgusting to drink.. I have been to over 60 countries and have never stayed in any hotel or residence where they did not offer even the basic drip coffee. I had to take a taxi just to go to a proper coffee shop. That’s very disappointing and unacceptable for a hotel.. how do you serve breakfast but don’t offer coffee? It’s little things like this that bring your waiting from a five down to a three.
