Nikolina Apartment 1

Superb location. Nice restaurants close. Many hiking trails nearby. Only stayed there for 2 nights, but wish that had stayed there the whole week.

Location perfect close to beach, restaurants, bars and small food shopping. Apartment fresch modern and have all equipment needed. Calm and no disturbing noice in evenigs and nights. Balcony with a lovely view over Xlendi bay

It is a perfect apartment in Xlendi. Very stylish, cozy, having all what is needed, clean, with a view on the Xlendi bay.

Nikolina Flat is in the most beautiful setting overlooking Xlendi Bay, I loved having by breakfast on the balcony and watching all the locals setting up for the morning. It was the perfect base for my solo hiking trip to Gozo. Ruth provided very clear instructions on where to find the apartment and how to gain access, and was quick to respond to any messages. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. I was particularly happy to see that a moka pot was provided so I could make a 'proper coffee'. Nice touches with plants dotted around, making it feel very homely. Bed very comfortable. Soaps and cleaning equipment provided (inc washing machine) should they be needed. Definitely recommend.

the location was superb, outstanding. Upon entering you feel the cleanliness. you feel comfortable. you feel that you are entering a sanctuary. when I felt fed up going around Gozo u felt very happy going home. To me it was home. I just decided that I would continue to come here when I visit Gozo which is a lot of times per year. The feeling that you get from this flat is simply outstanding. I rarely make reviews but this flat and the owner deserves it.

Beautiful, cosey, very clean flat with lovely bay views from the open plan area and the small terrace which has space for two. Great sunsets and amazing cliff top walks on your doorstep. The flat is very well equipped (including plenty of kitchenware to cook, dishwasher, different blankets, washing machine/dryer). Everything is brand new and the live plants made the flat feel homely. Helpful, responsive host. The water bottle, tea and coffee were appreciated. Xlendi Bay is much less developed/quieter than Marsalforn which I liked. Restaurants, gelateria and minimarket right by the flat. Hourly bus to Victoria/Rabat. Recommend staying here!

Low shower pressure, WiFi works in the open plan area/terrace only and the flat is above a restaurant so there is some noise but none of this stops me recommending staying here!

Well kept apartment, incredible views from balcony, dream like stay, incredible hiking, bucket list.

As long as you are aware you are above a busy restaurant, particularly your entry door, this is an exceptional lifetime experience. And should be noted, noise is not a problem whatsoever, it could just catch you off guard of the busyness around you at times.

Apartment in Xlendi Bay with stunning views of the bay and the Katarina staircase. Sitting on the terrace you can enjoy the view of the entire bay. The apartment has a large kitchen with a huge refrigerator, stove, oven, all the utensils for cooking and serving, a living room, a bedroom and a children's bedroom. Everything is new and very clean. There are plants both in the apartment and on the terrace, which I always appreciate. Key access and the manager is very responsive and always in touch. My best recommendations.
