The location is good, the room at 4th floor has a very nice view, the room and the bathroom were reasonably clean.

No elevator is a certain hic; the common spaces (stairs included) gave the impression of not being cleaned very often.... the door is absolutely not sound-proof, one can hear the music and laughter for the other rooms at the floor.

The staff was proactive, polite & efficient. The room we were given was delightfully clean, quiet, spacious & bright. The food in the coffee shop was tasty, generous, freshly prepared, beautifully presented and reasonably priced. Even before we arrived, all my queries & requests were addressed promptly. The transport I requested to & from the hotel was on time, the driver was helpful and courteous. The ride was very comfortable. The price we paid for our stay in this lovely hotel was well worth it.
