Ce que je garderai en mémoire de ce séjour, c'est l'extraordinaire hospitalité marocaine que j'ai eu la chance de découvrir. Farah et Mohamed, les hôtes, se sont montrés incroyablement serviables et charmants tout au long de mon séjour. Leur accueil chaleureux a vraiment contribué à rendre mon expérience inoubliable. J'ai passé un moment agréable et apaisant dans ce riad, où chaque détail était pensé pour le confort des invités. Je n'hésiterai pas une seconde à revenir dans cet endroit si accueillant lors de mes prochaines visites.

This newish riad is a very pleasant place. Our room was simple but comfortable, and the shower had hot water and good pressure. There was tons of closet space, which is rare in riads we've stayed in. The roof terrace is a comfortable place to lounge or to eat breakfast, although it doesn't have a view. The hot tub looked inviting (sadly, we hadn't packed bathing suits). Breakfast was generous, with the usual selection of breads, eggs, soft cheeses, honey, orange juice, and coffee or tea. The staff (Farah, Fatima, and Mohammed) were friendly and helpful. We appreciated that they spoke some English, since our French is not good. Other things we liked: The price of the room was a good value, and the twittering little buntings that came and went through the open roof were cute and lovely to listen to.

The riad's price for a taxi to the bus station was very high, 200 dirhams, which seemed crazy given that our bus from Marrakesh to Essaouira was only 100 dirhams. We paid it, though, to avoid trying to haggle with taxi drivers on our own; we've had bad experiences with that in several places in Morocco.

Good location as it is near the outer borders of Medina so easy to go out if you need to get taxi etc for excursions and also walkable to the main square through the inner small streets of Medina. Clean rooms and hot tub/ jacuzzi a bonus.

the staff here is really friendly and helpful. There are two staff there to support us during our stay - Mohammed and another girl, both of them are very kind. At the last day, we had some problem with airport taxi and was finding new taxi on street. Mohammed recognized us on the street and helped us with to find the taxi. Appreciated a lot for all the support we had in this hotel. Will definitely recommend it other people to stay here.
