Riad situato in una zona tranquilla ai margini della Medina, ma allo stesso tempo comodissimo per raggiungere tutto a piedi. Posizione davvero ideale per godersi Marrakech senza il caos continuo. La camera era pulitissima, con possibilità di servizio di pulizia giornaliero, dotata di aria calda/fredda, TV con Netflix e una doccia fantastica, spaziosa e con ottima pressione dell’acqua. Colazione buona e abbondante, servita sulla terrazza, che è un vero valore aggiunto: curata, rilassante e con jacuzzi, perfetta per un momento di relax dopo una giornata in città. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Un ringraziamento speciale alle ragazze della reception, sempre sorridenti e pronte ad aiutare, e ad Abdul, il ragazzo della notte, davvero cortese e professionale. Consigliatissimo, tornerei senza esitazioni!

All the staff were extremely cooperative, friendly, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to Mr. Abdel, who provided excellent guidance about the local area and activities in Marrakech. He took the time to explain everything clearly, shared valuable recommendations, and ensured we had the best possible experience exploring the city. His professionalism, knowledge, and warm attitude truly made a difference and added great value to our stay. Overall, the hospitality and support from the entire team made our visit comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable.

The property was an a central walkable location. It was clean and well kept. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we are comfortable. From letting us check in early, having breakfast ready for us before the regular start time, cleaning our room, exceptionally with free water bottles, and even doing our laundry for us. 10 out of 10 would definitely stay again. It is a great value for your money and feels very homey and safe. Special shout out to Farah for going above and beyond to take care of us

Bathroom was not very clean but probably because they changed the room last minute (we asked for a room upstairs instead of the one on ground floor)
