Casa Mariposa

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und direkt hinter dem Haus ist der Wochenmarkt.

Man merkt, dass nicht alle Gäste der Wohnung Sorge tragen, was sehr schade ist, da sie mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt eingerichtet wurde.

Appartamento molto bello, ben pulito e recentemente ristrutturato. Dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Il proprietario è stato estremamente disponibile e attento: avendo una bimba di 9 mesi, ci ha gentilmente concesso un check-in e check-out flessibile, che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Disponibile culla e seggiolino per neonato. Ottimo rapoorto qualita prezzo. Consigliatissimo!

Location is good, close to Maria Pia beach. Apartment is very spacious, and comfortable for family of four.

very nice, clean. A/C in each room. nice big Balcony. secondary "small kitchen" on balcony new furniture. easy manual for keys with pictures and description.

noise from the stairs/corridor from neighbors. water damaged bathroom door had small problem with closing. only one keys, even for 5 people.

We (family of 4) really enjoyed accommodation there. Fully furnished and new. Rooms were clean, also bathroom. Big advantage was washing machine and distance to the beach (by foot - max. 5minutes to Maria Pia)

This is not disadvantage but just advice :) Taking to consideration that in Italy they are separating garbage and visitors don´t know which days - which garbage, It would be perfect to have some schedule for new visitors (f.e. in kitchen on fridge).
