ZAZAThe staff was very nice even though we had to wait 10 minutes before checking in because there was no one at the property, even though they knew they had guests checking in at that time
The room was okay. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a rock. The shower floor isn't level and we kept falling while trying to shower. The environment is not child friendly as the pool was not covered. And the place is overpriced for me

Not soundproof. Could hear the guests in room 2 talking and they were not loud at all but the sound came through. Only one bath towel and one water bottle per room and we were 2 guests per room. We had to ask for extra towels. No drinking glasses for water The bedside carpets were dirty. We had to ask for clean ones. A little table or a suitcase stand in the bedroom could be added as well as a stand in the bathroom for toiletries The rest of the unit and the bedding were clean.

The collection of keys was such a hustle, almost left the gate without them as whoever was at the reception didn't open the gate. There was only one blanket in the room for 3 people and it was quite cold that particular night. The curtain fell while trying to closing it but we managed to report it

The bathroom door was broken. No teaspoons. No bathroom mats. Mould damage in bathroom. Sewage smell outside room.
ZAI booked for 3 adults and 1 kid. But only got tea cup and sugar packs for 2
