Polite Staff. Checked out little late but staff were okay with the delay without charging extra

Value for money could have been better. One receptionist did not know Kannada. Always hire someone who knows local language at least at basic level

I liked the hassle free check in and check out, rooms were clean. Prompt room service. Food is good. Overall a good experience.

Bathroom could have been cleaner, Electric kettle was a lil. Dirty and was difficult to operate.

The location was good as it was near the highway.

The room was not at all clean, the bathroom was in a mess with no toilet rolls no handwash. Overall it was like they had just minimally cleaned the room and handed over to us. The water kettle was not clean.

Breakfast was good.

Toilet was not good.

Ceiling fan that works with a remote. That’s it.

Poor parking. I bought a package which included unlimited beverages, but at hotel I was told that is for water only. TV were not working.

The rooms were fine

The king size rooms which we booked were for approximately 4500/night. There were no toiletries, tissue rolls, towels etc. However, on calling the staff, they provided us with bathing towels and hand towel. The food was not at all good. The buffet had very limited options and was not good at all. The restaurant service was all together was very bad and not managed at all.

Location is superb.

The floor was very sticky inside the room
