Everything is as described and as in pictures, the apartment is beautiful, in an excellent location, silent as well, without any noise, and it has a wonderful balcony view. The apartment is totally equipped with everything you need. All the appliances in it are functional and quality. The host is also very friendly, helpful, and available at any time during your stay. We are very pleased with our stay! ❤️

There is nothing to dislike about this apartment and the host :)

Our host was very kind and at our service. Parking is available in front of the building. It is nice to be outside of the busy center of Nis, but still 5-10 min drive to any location.

freshly renovated apartment with a dedicated parking space right on the territory of the residential complex. supermarket right in the building everything necessary for living is available as well as compliments in the form of water, chocolate and Coca-Cola.
