La posizione e la gentilezza dell’host

Poco pulita, residui del passaggio di altri ospiti a terra (mollette per capelli, ciuffi di capelli e monetine), mancanza di uno specchio nel bagno per cui la mattina era impossibile truccarsi, mancanza di una piccola luce sul tavolo, prima di dormire non si poteva neanche leggere, altrimenti si doveva stare con tutta la luce della stanza accesa, a quel punto, data la mancanza di una zanzariera la camera si riempiva di zanzare. Tre notti passate a uccidere le zanzare. L’ultima notte, per disperazione abbiamo dormito con le finestre chiuse, provato ad accendere l’aria condizionata ma non funzionava. Tutto quello che scrivo era gia’ stato fatto presente all’host da altre recensioni precedenti la mia (la prossima volta leggero’ meglio le recensioni negative prima di prenotare), ma nonostante tutto non e’ stato fatto nulla. Mi dispiace ma esperienza negativa.

Ottima Posizione e comodo parcheggio. Apprezzatissimo il frigo con varie bottigliette di acqua e la macchina per il caffè. Bagno piccolo ma pulito. Minimale ma confortevole per un soggiorno di passaggio. Materassi comodi.

Lo specchio del bagno praticamente assente. I cuscini un pò troppo alti e per questo abbastanza scomodi.

1. the location is great. You can go anywhere by foot. And there are bus stops nearby. There was an ALI bus stop to the airport just next to the accommodation but the street is under construction as of May 2025, the next one is about 450m or 600m away. 2. ⁠the owner is very kind, responsive and helpful. I mentioned there was mosquitoe at night and he got the anti mosquito thing the next day. He gave me several good tips to get around the city via WhatsApp. I suggest to communicate via WhatsApp before you arrive, because I only communicated on booking.com and was wondering when he would read my message when I arrived. I only met him at the door by chance, otherwise I wouldn’t know how long I would have to wait to have the door open. He lives on the same floor btw. 3. ⁠there are several supermarkets and a big market nearby. 4. ⁠there is an elevator (the room is located on 5th floor) 5. ⁠there is an AC! Without it, it would be quite warm in the room even at night. Unless you open the window but then you probably want to have ear plugs. 6. ⁠the owner stock piled lots of water in the fridge

1. The bathroom’s cleaningness can be much improved. For example, there were some hair in the toilet which seemed like someone disposed and forgot to flush. The previous tenant’s trash in the trash bin in the bathroom was not taken out. 2. The light switch can only be reached from the upper bunk bed, so if you sleep in the lower bed, you have to get up and turn the light of. It would be amazing if there is a night stand light. 3. There is no hook to hang towels in the bathroom. 4. If you have more complicated beauty routine, I suggest you bring your own mirror (see photos) 5. The shower head was attached on the wall, like a shower stand in public swimming pool, so you cannot wash just a part of your body (see photo) 6. There was no hot water the first day (as I arrived quite late). Fortunately it was fixed the next day after mentioning. If you enjoy taking long shower, this won’t be the place for you. Hot water runs out and you have to wait to continue taking shower. 7. The profile mentions there is an outlet near the bed, but actually it is the same one used by the fridge at the end of the bed. Bring an extra long charging cable if you want to use phone on the bed. 8. One of the days there was an electricity outage, and was fixed by switching back the fuse.
