Need to work on pest control, Proper room cleaning, Bathroom need to be restructured

The attitude of the Manager/owner was deplorable to say the least. He should NOT be in the hospitality industry. A disgruntled government worker would better suit him. We had to ask about 4 times for toilet tissue and towels were a scarcity. Breakfast was served on plastic plates dished up for the guest. He, owner, charged us more than the Bookings.com rate.

Everything. But the cherry on the top was the room. While it was a good size, there was a mirrored column right next to the bed, and I almost walked into it. To get to the bathroom was equally atrocious. The step was not a standard step size, but higher than about the size of two steps. Noise from the ground floor could be heard in our room and we barely slept that night.
