Camera con climatizzazione sufficiente

Struttura visibilmente in decadenza che necessiterebbe di ristrutturazione. Ristorante chiuso , camera sufficientemente arredata ma andrebbe rinfrescata con un arredamento e una verniciatura più moderni.
