Hotel Ristorante Belvedere

Super bien situé dans un super environnement. Petit aire de jeux sympa pour les enfants. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Le personnel est agréable.

Le seul petit bémol c’est que le restaurant est fermé et du coup pas de petit déjeuner…

Big parking in front of the hotel. Rooms are basic and a little dated but you don't need much more. Overall enjoyed the hotel and it had everything we needed. Stayed here for three nights.

The shower was a bit small for a person that's +1.80m. But that's just a small personal matter. It didn't bother that much.

I am so sorry to have to tell that with such a bad experience I cannot think of something that I liked. However the night staff was kind.

If one “phones” the property before to book and ask “specifically” if a car that is full of luggage can be parked somewhere “safe” without having to collect the luggage….and if the answer is “yes no problem”…. One expects this to be true! Once at the property I was told that they could NOT assure me that leaving the car in the car park was safe and that could NOT even assure me that leaving the luggage in the hall of the hotel was totally safe…. Well it means that the original answer was a joke…. You are a fraud!

Clean rooms, pleasant location with lots of green around.

the location is nice but so far away from everything and here is no public transport. Taxis are also a rarity and only work during the day. There is a restaurant which is always closed, the breakfast is just coffee, normal cow milk (no vegetable milk options in 2023???), croissants and some pastries. I booked a double room and got given a twin. It was really cold as the heating was only on at night until 8 in the morning. The bathroom was frozen cold and showering was a joy. The price paid is not worth the money.

We found an excellent restaurant, with local food and the most welcoming and hosts, Michele la Cremeria in San Leucio. It was about a 20 minute walk from the hotel.

The breakfast was not included in the Booking price, something that I wasn't aware of until we arrived. Also, the hotel is not near Caserta (or anywhere else for that matter). There wasn't much around the hotel, so we paid for breakfast each day. We were surprised that it included only 1 cup of coffee/tea per person and had to pay extra at checkout, something I've not encountered anywhere else I've stayed in Italy. The restaurant the we frequented was only accessible by taxi or walking along a busy road, mostly without sidewalk.

The location was great.

The room was outdated, shower not working properly and overall service below average. Airconditioning was only working partially.
