Good location and the staff was very kind and tried to do what they could.

On arrival it was clear even though it was a non-smoking room, someone had smoked in there. I was planning on ignoring it, but when I opened the bed it was clear the sheets hadn’t been changed. There was hair and debris in the bed. There was a sticky spot on the floor. The trash can was missing. I asked to change rooms. They moved me one room over. In that room there was food left in the refrigerator. There was a soda can in the trash and feces on the toilet bowl. The AC smells like mold every time it kicks on. That room also had bedding with stains and debris in the sheets. I gave up and just asked for sheets and changed the bedding myself. It’s very clear the rooms aren’t being cleaned properly. The staff was very nice and did move me so I will say they are great. Both rooms desperately need the walls cleaned, there was drips down the wall. They don’t inspect the room to remove trash and such. Honestly if I had it all to do over again I wouldn’t stay here.

Convenience to the interstate

The property needs repairs -- the laundry room had a leak in the ceiling and no functional light; our A/C loudly whistled when it came on and a loud hum while it cooled. The breakfast was spartan and not very appealing.

This property is relatively close to restaurants, shopping and gas stations. Not located too far from the interstate making for easy access to travel back and forth to our destinations.

Stayed here the weekend of June 5-7. Very important 8 hour trip to meet my family for the first time. Staff were exceptional! Hayley was very polite, helpful and accommodating. Customer service skills are top notch. She even took the time to make my granddaughter and nephew feel welcome. (My brother also stayed here during a family trip as well). She also arranged for my brother to be on the same floor which made visiting with the family super easy. Hotel itself appeared to be clean without any foul odour. Parking was adequate with handicapped parking available close to the entrance. The outside areas were clean and free of garbage and debris. The only issue worth noting is the huge potholes in entry and exit way which appeared to be more side road than the actual parking lot itself. We did not sample the breakfast so no review can be given regarding the food selection or quality. Now inside the room. We stayed in a queen suite. Upon entering, all of the pillows were pilled on the bed without cases. Hayley did apologise profusely and provided said pillow cases. Upon further examination of the room, the linens for the bed, specifically the bedskirt was torn and appeared too be dirty. The sheets however, were crisp and clean. The pull out sofa of which my granddaughter and niece slept on is a whole different story. Upon pulling it out, we discovered a massive clump of hair that appeared to be clippings from someone shaving their head piled up in a dirty sheet. Hair was all over the cushions. We also noticed that we weren’t given towels. Upon retrieving towels and clean bedding for the sofa bed, we discovered trash and other items stuffed behind the sofa bed and wall. Towels were torn and make up stained. These issues have been reported to management and a heartfelt and sincere apology was given. It is very clear that Hayley cares about her guest experience and apologised again profusely. All and all the stay was great minus the cleaning issues.

Cleanliness and overall friendly staff

Tv remote wouldn’t work. When I asked for new batteries at the desk the girl acted interrupted and reached in a drawer where there were two loose batteries and said they were all she had. They didn’t work either. Other than that…it was very noisy doors slamming all night long.
