Did not have breakfast.

Adequate for overnight stay

All was fine. Entire hotel was clean as was room. Just minor facility issues.

Couldn’t use TV. Remote would not work. But also couldn’t change channels using controls on TV. Also annoying drip in tub. Toilet would not stop filling tank after flush. Minor things but annoying.

Loud clicking ac, very dirty facility. Couch was unusable because it was so dirty. Bedskirt was splattered with white mess. Carpet was sticky to the touch.

Previousl stay was more than adequate.

Complete failure from hotel management. Room became unavailable to me upon attempted check in even after confirming online two days prior (with confirmation number). Just because I showed up after midnight my room became unavailable????? Left with nothing but a sorry we can't help you (you're SOL).

Worst customer service I’ve ever had.

The staff

Staff was great. Dan, the desk manager was professional and resolved the issue which arose during check-in.

Room was not ready for use. There was a wet spot in the carpet and the mini fridge was not completely empty when we arrived.

PM desk clerk really helpful and expressed concern for our problems.

Check your rooms before you check in a guest(s). "Inspect what you expect." First room was dirty and second room had dirty sock left behind in the closet.

The location

Bathroom the toilet wouldn't flush,then they put us into 2 different room that hadn't been cleaned at all by house keeping. The furniture was nasty. Very upsetting
