I did not like that the description of the room was a 2 queen bed room and after paying ahead of time and checking in, the room was a 1 queen bed room. Then the hotel was booked and couldn't give another room and I'm still waiting to see if I will actually be given a refund or not. I'm not happy at all!

"The staff was amazing but the room wasn’t as clean as I thought it should be."
