Cooee Sapporo

The property is newly refurbished and has all the basic and necessary appliances of a home. Across the street, there is a Supermarket where one could buy fresh fruits & vegetables, and other ready cooked food. It is also within a walkable distance to the Susukino Station and other places of interest in Sapporo. If one does not want to walk, there is the tram or street car 'stop' conveniently located near it. The property is clean, even the curtains are fresh. For a suggestion, the rectangular table is too large and must be replaced with a small rounded coffee table.

The property smelled heavily of cigarette smoke when we arrived especially in the 'ante room' where the toilet is located. It was suffocating. It was as if someone has just finished having a smoking session there. The property owner should see to this occurrence. The cleaner should have noticed it and had the room 'aired out' .

Location is good, easy excess via walking or transport. Very clean and suitable for couple and friends. Host always try to communicate assisting the house guest for any problem and guidance

The water temperature not easy to adjust

It was fully prepared with 100¥ shop items and extra items such as shampoo for us to refill the things ourselves. The room was cozy and absolutely clean. The location is also nearby the center city so we can walk like 10-15 mins only to reach to stations or store.

The heater was not so warm but it was okay enough for us to not freezing
