The house was beautiful and the view was amazing. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable, we really enjoyed staying hated to go

Being on the river with its diverse wildlife. Quiet and beautiful. Nice neighbors on both sides.

Our stay started on a rocky note when the "grinder" sump pump for the house failed our first night there! The property owner and property management team were very helpful and responsive, and the problem was fixed the next day. Customer service was excellent and the property was comfortable and well maintained. This is a quiet, cozy cabin, great for a family trip, romantic get-away, or even a business trip with your wife. :-) Overall I was very pleased with the property and was extremely grateful for the comfortable and friendly place to relax during my work trip!

Location and price

Moldy deck Microwave was 6foot high and I was going to get burnt taking things out, so I moved it to countertop where it belongs.

Fair enough , good price and excelente location

The property was quiet and clean. This two bedroom was everything we needed for an extended weekend visit with an amazing view of the inlet

The cleanliness

The dog next.door.will not stop barking. When you.go.out back. Or.out front. I called Poole n Associates told them . They.never called me back. The Cocoa Dog conti iued too bark n bark. I w never stay there again
