Old school style but it had style. Love the plants, flower vases, close location to bus and super markets, 3 of them. The 4L bus line(by pizzakebab fantasia, very short walk) takes you to and from Venezia in 10-15 mins, faster on the way back. Be certain to buy bus passes online and water taxis unless you dont mind the walk. We walked from marco square to Rialto bridge at night. The bridges, basilica, and square lights are better than day time imo. Easily sleeps 6 and you can cook if you are on a budget. Fast access to the airport by train, taxi, uber, bus. You could easily day trip by train to other cities. The beds are comfortable, there are pubs close by that are a bit noisy with the windows open in fall but not nearly as loud as st marco square area. And added plus, a pub nearby! Indian food nearby was good,vindaloo and chicken tikka, avoid the samosa. It was everything we needed and a very nice host.

My only thing was the old style shower thats not mounted on the wall. The water was hot and the bath clean though.The bathroom has a full ceiling for tall people which makes up for the only flaw. The white decor is stylish and nice but dont spill!

Great location for visiting Venezia - bus stop nearby. Clean. Plenty of space for a group of 6.

Good size for a family of 4 on an extended journey. Lots of space. Nice to have 3 Queen/King beds that were clean, and room to spread out. The unit was spotless. Caring and responsive host. Nice to have a grocery store and bus station across the street.

Neighborhood was a bit rough. Microwave didn't work although the hosts did all they could to make it work. No dishwasher. Rude smell behind the building came into the hallway when windows were open during the day, but it dissipated before bed. Bedroom floors were really creaky, and neighbors above were noisy all night. The 'shower' was more of a hose off the tub faucet that you spray over your body instead of a standard shower with a faucet overhead (would have been nice to know), but it did the job. Check in guidance should have been provided earlier instead of on the morning of arrival which we didn't see until we were fumbling around outside the building.

I loved that the place was really clean and beautiful and the owner was really caring and responsive.

The room was beautiful, spacious, very comfortable and large, spotlessly clean and felt as cozy and sweet as in your own home . The building is safe and secure to feel a safe and secure stay. Great location, parking downstairs, walking distance to the train station, many restaurants, cafes and a great supermarket across the street, 4L bus to Venice just 10 minutes from the door. The kitchen space is excellent and equipped with everything you need. The owners were lovely, quick to reply, flexible and happy to answer any questions or enquiries. Would recommend to anyone thinking of staying in Venice but not wanting to stay on the island and would happily stay again in the future!

Our stay at the condo was perfect. The room was very spacious and cozy and everything was clean. The kitchen is very well spaced and equipped with everything you need! The location is excellent, especially with the train station just a few minutes walk away, many restaurants and cafes nearby, a big supermarket across the street and a very good McDonald's restaurant . There is a 4L-bus stop right on the doorstep and it takes only 10 minutes to get to Venice. Would love to stay again in the future! 100% recommend this place
