Objekat se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji u neposrednoj blizini Sava Centra. U okolini objekta nalaze se kafići, restorani, prodavnice, marketi, tržni centar Ušće. Stanice gradskog prevoza su na pesackoj udaljenosti tako da u bilo koji deo grada možete lako doći. Marija je detaljno objasnila kako doći do stana, a odgovorila je i na druga pitanja vezana za boravak.

Čistoća i higijena nisu na zavidnom nivou. U stanu se nalaze i tudje licne stvari.
