Perfect location if you are going to rajamangala stadium, lots of food places on the main road too. Recommend 10/10

Rooms were pretty big for the price with a patio for smoking (a plus). Furniture was on point with a small table good enough for eating and working. Really good for the price.

The Internet was horrible but if you’re on a holiday it wouldn’t matter much. The staff had a huge problem communicating (given none of them knew English) but again was manageable given if you book online they wouldn’t bug you much after handling the keys.

I did not get to stay in the main BB Guesthouse building. I was moved into an unnamed building a few meters away from BB guest house and it looks like a residential/apartment building. Although the room and bathroom were clean, I’m not sure if the bedsheets were new when I checked in. It smells a little bit and I had to spray some perfume on it.

Went to go see a concert so the location was walking distance to the stadium.

Aircon leaked creating a pool of water to the entrance of the bathroom and into the bedroom. Sewage smell kind of came and went constantly. The male staff felt a bit lazy and almost annoyed we showed up but the female staff was lovely.

The room is very clean and the staff so friendly . Near to Raja manggala stadium and easy to find food .
