The hosts are very nice and very approachable. 😍location is a very peaceful zone, and only a few minutes walk to the nearest fermata.

The 2nd room has a bunk bed which was okay, but maybe not the safest and sturdiest material. Maybe changing the bunk bed to a more stable frame (like wood) will be much better, but all in all it was an amazing stay and the hosts were very nice and welcoming.❤️

It was very spacious and relatively clean with everything we needed . The washing machine was a blessing The shower was a bit crazy at first but once we worked it out it was ok It is quite a walk from town for going out for dinner but location to go to all the surrounding places for us it was great. The host always responded when needed which was appreciated We really enjoyed the experience

Beds are very hard

The appartment was very clean and tidy and was equipped with everything you might need for cooking, washing clothes and even had two sets of washed towels for the guests to use.It also had air conditioning in every room! The host, Donatello, was very welcoming and had great tips for us when it came to what to visit and where to eat.He was also very kind and always available for whatever you might need. The house is perfectly situated, about 5 minutes away from the airport by car, a supermarket(also some small grocery stores and a pharmacy that you can walk to in about 2 minutes) and its 5 minutes away from the center of Olbia by car.Also everyone in the neighbourhood is very nice and even with this location you will enjoy very peaceful nights of sleep, no noise at all. Overall i definetely recomend this appartment to anyone who wants to visit Olbia and i myself will also book it again if im ever back. 10/10

Very spacious, comfortable rooms and a kitchen with all utensils needed! Washing machine worked perfectly! The apartment is also super clean! The area is very quiet and there are many bus stations nearby! Next supermercato around 5-6 minutes per foot. Even to the center of the city, you can walk (it took us around 30 minutes, depending on where exactly you want to go)! We checked out in the morning the last day and were kindly enough allowed to leave our luggage next door until the late afternoon! Thanks to Riccardo, our host, for bringing us fresh croissants one morning! ;)
