Perfect location to explore Cagliari, first class accommodation and a very welcoming host, on arrival wine beer and snacks as a gift from Sergio the owner. Room immaculately clean and serviced throughout the stay.

"A superb flat close to rail & bus travel, surrounded by great restaurants."

Close to amenities - great for us because we chose not to hire a car. It felt safe. It was very well maintained & Sergio was very helpful.

Great location, beautiful room.

A bit loud, but to be expected on the waterfront. What we really didn’t like us apparently they use some sort of scent to spray all the bedding with and it was absolutely toxic and overwhelming. We had two rooms and it was the same on both rooms. We could not really sleep the first night because of it. They changed the bedding the second day and it helped but definitely not pleasant in that respect.

La stanza era molto pulita. Tutto bene ordinato e anche profumato. Mi hanno omaggiato con delle bevande nel frigorifero e l'ho trovata molto carina come cosa.
