It was very cosy and clean. Air conditioner was working well. And safe with security staff day and night.

Nothing about the apartment itself but the corridor had some weird smell. Getting in or out the lift smell is very unpleasant.

L appartement était pas propre ,trop de bruit de la climatisation ni nous a empêché de dormir malgré de nombreuses réclamation rien à changer le responsable c'est même pas déplacé lavabo de la salle de bain boucher

Absolute Scam! DO NOT BOOK this property. Don’t get fooled by the good reviews. It is impossible to get any rest there is ongoing construction in the very next room and the AC does not work well so you can imagine the heat. The property didn’t disclose this and afterwards told me they said they would give me a refund then refused to give me the refund lying to booking that they never did so and that I cancelled the reservation because of a flight issue. I was forced to find a different place to stay and lost my money. The manager Brahim is scam artist don’t trust anything he says.

Don’t get fooled by the good reviews. There is ongoing construction in the apartment next door not the next the building, literally the apartment next door. There is drilling and hammering so it is impossible to rest. The property didn’t disclose this and then afterwards I sent the video of the noise to the Property through WhatsApp and the property offered me a refund and told me to leave the keys. Then they told booking that they never said the would give me a refund.

I loved the apartment, it was super comfortable, it literally felt like home. The location was great, around 10 mins walk to Marrakech station. Also,the Host was super nice, super responsive, everything we needed he was there to assist us with! Would recommend this apartment to anyone. 10/10!!

Great location in new town if you're looking for a wide variety of modern restaurants as well as more tradional moroccan places to eat. Few decent bars too! 35-45 min walk to old town/ medina. Or quick taxi/nice on horse carriage for a one off. Fantastic host, happy to help with anything, balcony doesn't have sun but some may prefer this! Supermarket near by (carrefour or one just in the corner even closer by
