Il Balconcino

It was perfect. The building has amazing old-world charm, the apartment had a modern interior and is very well designed. But the balcony is what makes it the best. You can sit out there and eat and drink and watch all the people having fun in the restaurants below. It’s not too noisy, just the lovely sounds of people having fun. The location is amazing, close to the market and walking distance to the city centre.

A little basic in the bath, but everything we needed was there and it all worked well.

Super Kommunikation mit Franco, dem Vermieter. Die Ausstattung des Appartement lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt und das Flair , das vom Balkon aus zu beobachten ist, sind einmalig. Und da die Fenster perfekt gedämmt sind, kann man ruhig schlafen. Außerdem haben das Schlafzimmer und die Essküche beide sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen. Das Frühstück war zwar italienisch knapp aber dafür in einer Bar 20 m vom größten Wochenmarkt Europas entfernt, umso schmackhafter.

Das Apartment liegt mitten in einem schönen belebten Stadtteil. Tolle Lage. Der Balkon zu einem belebten Platz ist schön. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit

Eine von uns hatte ein wenig Probleme mit der weichen Matratze. Die andere fand es genau richtig. Wer aber eher ein härteres Bett bevorzugt, könnte beim Schlafen Probleme wegen der Matratze haben.

Super Lage, alles durchdacht. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert super, die Fenster schließlich gut, deswegen ist vom Lärm nichts zu merken. Der Host ist hilfsbereit

Franco est un super hôte. très réactif et très serviable. Arrivée avec mon fils très tard à Turin, il nous a aidé et trouvé une pizzeria très bonne. L'appartement était très propre. très typique.

L'appartamento è pulito e ben organizzato, con tutto quello che serve. La posizione è centrale, a due passi c'è un parcheggio coperto aperto h24 dove è possibile lasciare l'auto per poi spostarsi a piedi per visitare la città.

Il buono per la colazione al bar di 3 euro a persona non è sufficiente per un cappuccino e un croissant.
