Must see place, great facilities, breakfast and brau basket really nice, nice hot tub and amazing view

The cottage setup was tidy and comfortable.

The staff were great, and the rooms comfortable, the view awesome and the hot tub a hit. When the whole Valley had an extended water outage, they brought up filled containers for the toilets and drinking water. They also offered for us to come shower at the main lodge. They accommodated me on another request regarding a booking at the Spa, and I really appreciated that. Worth a stay!

Each unit should really have water backup for toilets only, for the price (will not be a common problem though). NOT a Africamps Champagne Valley issue, and I understand that its an Africamps Group policy (probably), but the wording of the Do's & Don't could be softened a bit, if it is going to be sent on multiple occasions, as it comes across as a blunt and not fitting of a Boutique Glamping establishment.

The tents were well equipped, comfortable and well situated with beautiful views of the every changing mountains

The tent itself was good however it missed a few key features that would have made the stay more comfortable.

Firstly, the surroundings our tent was unkept, grass was overgrown, there was a lot of alien vegetation, generally the area was untidy. The there was the tent itself which was nice however the lighting especially in the kitchen was poor especially t when one used the stove or washed-up dishes. The couch in the living space was very uncomfortable, and the braai didn't have a built in light so when I braaied at night I had use a torch to see what I was doing.

The accommodation was beautiful and serene

The price of items at the shop was quite expensive
