Very beautiful property, amenities are adequate, pretty comfortable

The setup at this place is a two-level house, but unfortunately, the soundproofing is quite poor, making conversations audible in neighboring rooms. While the location is close to the city, reaching it by car can be challenging due to narrow roads. It's suitable for friends or bachelors, but families might find the lack of privacy due to noise isolation disappointing.
