Check in process where key need to be picked up from a residential house was unprofessional. The pick up house was very messy and although staff were pleasant it didn't leave a good experience regarding the state of the accommodation.

Great accommodation, close enough to Lake Tekapo to be able to drive down to watch the early morning sunrise. The house had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and comfortable. Thanks

Good space for 6 people

Need more kitchen utensils. Husband burned his hand when using the oven mitt, it needs to be replaced.

We liked the view from the back, the kitchen was sufficiently equipped but comparative to the houses we stayed in and considering the price we paid for it, the dishes and everything were very limited.

We asked for an extra bed and they gave us one sofa which was slanting and reclined on the floor, nobody could have slept on it. Attaching the picture. They charged us $80 for the bed which wasn't usable even for sitting down. I emailed but no reply or acknowledgement. The rooms were opening on the road so couldn't open the curtains much. There are all BnBs where this property is located. When we got out at the back, neighbours were almost with us so I did not find this property private at all, spl considering the prices I don't think it's worth it. Great sized apartment and comfy beds

Unfortunately rear view faced digging machines in action and there were a few snagging issues like loose fittings. Would have been helpful to have a full sized mirror in 1 room if possible. In the dark a bit hard to find as not lit
