Michelle hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie spricht u. a. deutsch, das erleichterte die Kommunikation. Für Fragen war sie immer erreichbar, wir hatten aber keine. Alles war perfekt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!
