The congestion created by unruly crowd & police inability to control it so moving from hotel to outside is a big hurdle.Otherwise ok

"Fantastic Samudra experience"

Hospitality of the reception staff is exemplary. Like to mention the names too. M(S Srija,Balu,Satheesh and Sanjay deserves special mention. It is worth mentioning their courtsey and approach towards customers. Thanks to them all.The location of the hotel and the rooms we got cannot go without mentioning. The sea side deluxe rooms are Wov! factor.

The only drawback we felt is the lack of restaurant facility. It will be better if an arrangement with nearby good vegiterian hotel for room service.
