Wyśmienita lokalizacja. Dużo przestrzeni w apartamencie, pomocna obsługa.

The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to Piata Mare. The apartment was really clean, very tastefully decorated and spacious and had everything we needed. The owner is one of the best hosts we have ever met in 20 years of travelling. She gave us all the information needed days before arrival and was in touch with us all the time in case we needed something. All in all an excellent choice for the beautiful city of Sibiu!

The location is very central. Keys collection easy. The apartment is quite big.

The apartment was on the ground floor, where other people could pass too to go to their rooms. The side of the entrance door was made by glass, so that anyone could see inside the living room, not making it very comfortable to enjoy sitting on the sofa or walking around in your underwear. The apartment was full of black hair on the ground, for the rest the kitchen and the toilet surfaces were clean. Two things that really bothered us were: 1- you cannot control the temperature in the apartment. We asked the host how can we do that, she said she controls it from the app. Which is quite ridiculous to me as the people who live in the apartment should be able to control it because they better know how they feel during the stay, but that was never an option. Matter of fact, during the night we were not able to sleep due to the excessive heat in the room. We could have texted the host at 3am but I doubt she would have replied at that time 2- The duvet on the bed was pretty small, we looked around for another one, but we our surprise there were none extra in the house, which is strange as, wherever we travel, they always provide extra blankets and pillows. We asked the host if she could provide an extra cover and we were confronted with a very inflexible reply "no, that one is for two people". This cold reply really hit me sincerely, not making at all a good start on our stay. I would suggest the host to work on her customer service skills.
