Sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der Weg zum dazu gebuchten Parkplatz war perfekt beschrieben. Alles war gut organisiert. Auf Nachfragen haben wir unmittelbar eine Antwort erhalten.

We stayed here for 2 nights during our trip to Cinque Terre and overall had a good experience. The location was very convenient, especially for visiting the Cinque Terre area. The train station was only about a 5–10 minute walk away, which made it easy for us to catch early morning trains every day without any stress. We came to La Spezia by car, and there was a secure indoor parking area available nearby. We paid €40 for 2 nights it felt safe and during our trips we never had to worry about the car, which was important for us. The accommodation itself was not really a hotel. It was more like an apartment divided into 3–4 separate rooms, each with its own private bathroom. The rooms were okay — not amazing, but not bad either. To be honest, the photos looked a bit nicer than the reality, but the stay was still comfortable enough for a short trip. One thing we really appreciated was the communication. The person who managed the booking was very kind and helpful. We never met them in person, but they stayed in contact with us via WhatsApp and gave us useful recommendations during our stay, which we appreciated a lot.

Atendimento maravilhoso. Boa localização. Quarto amplo e limpo com cafeteira e jarra elétrica. O proprietário foi extremamente atencioso.

Estacionamento pago e fica fora do hotel em um condomínio.
