"Faulty air conditioner, smelly and unclean room"

The stay was pathetic, nothing to like about.

The room was having persistent smell of cigarettes and it was not cleaned. In addition to that the air conditioner was not working so I was not able even sleep properly. After informing the room boy, I was changed to another room but in the new room also the air conditioner was not working. There are no water bottles provided, even soap and other amenities.
