Location was great. Staff is friendly

Bathroom and toilet were last properly cleaned during Marcos Sr. administration. Overpowering smell of dogs coming from the downstairs veterinary. Holes in wall from old a/c unit covered with a bit of cardboard.

Location

The staff demonstrated a level of discourtesy that was deeply disappointing. Their demeanor and actions gave the impression that guests were burdens rather than valued customers, as if our presence was an inconvenience to their daily routine. Such conduct is unacceptable in any service-oriented establishment and significantly diminished our overall experience. In addition, the air-conditioning unit in the room was not functioning properly. It failed to regulate the temperature according to the set degree, resulting in an uncomfortably hot environment throughout our stay. This greatly affected our comfort and compounded our overall dissatisfaction with the service.
