Paradisea Taormina Theatre

Brilliant location, right on the street leading up to the threatre, with a view of the sea. Nicely refurbished, clean and comfortable room. The balcony is perfect for a drink in the evening or for breakfast. Despite being in the hustle and bustle of the town, the balcony doors keep most noise out. We were treated to the opportunity of checking in early, which was very mich appreciated — so were the drinks in the fridge!

Location is superb, right in the heart of the old town. Tiny balcony overlooking the street to people watch from & enjoy a glass of wine, kindly provided by the host. It’s a busy area but balcony door has excellent soundproofing. Good air conditioning. Lovely bathroom. Host very responsive to messages.

An iron was provided but no ironing board. Also some basic cutlery & crockery would be appreciated. Everything else was great.

The location is superb, right in the heart of the action near the Teatro Greco. The bed was very comfortable. They left some things for us in the fridge, including a bottle of wine.

The bathroom needed a bit of attention, eg the toilet seat lid wouldn't stay up but we reported it and they said they'd get someone to fix it. The upstairs bed for a child was very squeaky and the kitchen was quite squishy but fairly well-equipped.

My husband has traveled all over the world and said this property was by far the best in location, cleanliness, and hospitality by the staff. I have worked for The Four Seasons and agree! We were even welcomed with a refrigerator stocked with a selection of water, soda, and wine. Our daughter attended the Babylonia language school and this property is just a few flights of stairs away.
