- There was no water running on the premises all through the night and early part of the morning, we could not take a bath on arrival and kids were irritated - The water heater was not working the night until morning - The smell of the apartment was really bad, until we requested for another cleaning and diffuser - No welcome pack available (tissue, soap etc) - No one was onground to do the tour of the apartment and welcome us
