Very nice apartment, clean. Good location near the beach.

Bed was broken and wasn’t fixed during our staying.

Exceptional place two minutes walk from the beach and restaurants, we never used the car. Tastefully furnished, new, comfortable and spotlessly clean, the open spa outside is fantastic. Excellent staff who gave us valuable advice on places to visit. We will definitely be back!!

We've had a very comfortable stay in Elbitat Homes, this is a rather new set of small apartments, modern design style, very good facilities. Beach and restaurants are close by, about 2-5 minutes by foot, depending on how hungry you are :). We couldn't believe how lucky we were to have found this (and the Bagnaia village) as a location for our stay, during high season, high summer heat and general high demand. We're definitely going back, because Elba Island has so much to offer and we didn't get the chance to sample it all.

A couple of really minor issues: some ants managed to find their way into our kitchen, but that is understandable since the place is still a work in progress, not really a problem; and the price is a tad on the high side.

Great new facility with big space inside (2 bed room apartment), fully equipped, 3 terraces with table and sofas, jacuzzi outdoor, amazing view to the sea and mountains. Close to beach by walking 5 min, restaurants and bars. Eduardo was great host, supportive and friendly. 20 min to Portoferraio. Definitely we would like to come back for longer stay!
