Наш номер был 101, который находился за спиной у рецепции. Нам сразу же сказали, что есть другой номер и повели посмотреть. Он был на третьем этаже и лучше. Но, нам при предложении этого номера не сказали, что это номер другой категории и что за него нужно платить. То есть мы уже разложились и нам говорят, что нужно +10 дол заплатить. Неприятно было. И была какая-то путаница именно с бронью. У меня было предложение от Букинга по одной цене, но без возможности отмены. А работница предложила мне отменить, мол, не будет штрафа. Локация странная. И тут никак не 5 звёзд.

I Saw A Malicious Remark About This Resort. It Is Evident That Someone Used This Person To Make False Remarks In Order To Bring Discredit To This Wonderful Resort. “Honestly, everything was great. I don’t have anything to complain about. It was a perfect and relaxing stay.” Vivo a Milano e mi sono imbattuto in una recensione scritta in inglese e in un'esperienza di un ospite scritta in italiano dalla stessa persona. Ho il sospetto che qualcuno lo abbia manipolato per spingerlo a fare commenti malevoli. Ciò che ha attirato la mia attenzione è stato il modo in cui ha suddiviso la recensione dell'esperienza di un ospite in quattro righe, facendola sembrare scritta da quattro persone diverse

Buona posizione vicino alla spiaggia e alle attività commerciali. La camera al primo piano era ampia e non puzzava.

Non so perché lo chiamino Resort, è una pensioncina di basso livello senza servizi, niente giardini, piscina etc. Le lenzuola erano macchiate, piene di capelli e peli. Abbiamo chiesto ed ottenuto di farle cambiare. I bicchieri in camera erano incrostati di sporcizia. Su booking c'è scritto che si può pagare con carta all'arrivo, invece accettano solo contante e non fanno ricevuta. Prezzo assolutamente sproporzionato per le prestazioni offerte.

Hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The beach is nice, lots of eating drinking places along the beach.

Location was very hard to find, google maps sent us to the wrong street. Better signage on the side road showing where to turn off would have helped. Also after heavy rain the side road flooded and we had to wade through 200mm of water to get out to the main street. Rather disappointingly when we came to pay on checkout, credit cards couldn't be used, we had to go and find an ATM and withdraw cash.

Excellent hotel staff - polite and very helpful. Very open and helpful. The rooms on the upper floors are lovely, the first floor is a windowless den. The location is convenient - around the bar and restaurants and cafes, to the sea-5 minutes. Overall, nothing special, but the staff made the stay great!

The room is very spacious and clean, the bed is large and comfy, the A/C works very well. Also I must mention and thank their friendly and helpful staff.🙏 There is anything you need in the room and even more: a vault, an iron, a hairdryer, even a mosquito fumigator. It's a very quiet place in the middle of noisy Unawatuna, 3 minutes of walking to the beach. I've never seen this many different animals around while simply staying at the balcony. Peacocks, palm squirrels, monkeys, flying foxes, varans, a plenty of different birds and even a mongoose once. I only wish to have something more comfy to sit at the balcony in the evenings, an armchair or something like that.
