Encanto House A Forest Haven

This house was incredibly cute! It had everything you could think of, and the host was wonderful and very responsive! The hot tub was so nice and clean. Our only complaint was the wall plug ins they were very strong, and the cleaning staff left the coffee pot dirty but both were an easy fix and didnt change how wonderful the property was!

The cleaning could have been alittle better - there was moldy coffee in the coffee pop but we cleaned it!

It listed has WiFi, however, No WiFi despite repeatedly requests. Host lack of responsiveness in resolving issues despite email, phone call,& text, has no instructions in using hot tub, only rules available, no basic house supplies, no hand soap in primary room, only one set of towels in the other bathroom, lack of kitchen equipment , no tea/ creamer, only one tea spoon of sugar/ coffee for our entire stay, all plates were mismatched .One hair dryer for a three bedrooms house, bedrooms were too bright at night due to bright outside light, no darken drapes, ! Noisy street & barking dog next door. Way too Many fragrant diffusers, two or three each room, trigger allergy response. No access to TV either, unless you have your own account & WIFI.

The location was private and secure. The house was perfectly set up and very clean.
