"Excellent"

A family home that was ideal for our visit to sail in Formia. Gaeta is a charming town with lots of eateries, handy to the beach.

A microwave would be useful as there is no oven.

"Couldn't ask for a better location!"

Softer lighting in the living room would be nice, more relaxing than the current bright white lights. Everyone has different aesthetic tastes, but a simple bulb switch would have improved the vibe greatly for my friends and I!

"Great house and great location!"

Awesome place! 2 minutes walk to the beach. 4 minute walk from the grocery store and cafe. Plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms, and a very useful outdoor shower for after the beach.

The one air conditioner in the hallway and 'swamp cooler' in the master bedroom don't provide much relief from Gaeta's humid nights.

"Family Vacation"

The place was great. Marco the owner was very accommodating. Ocean view. Literally a 3min walk to the beach. Cafés and super market walking distance. Gaeta itself is absolutely beautiful. Would definitely stay there again

I stayed in the villa with my husband and our three children. We found everything we needed easily and felt at home. The location was great! Really close to the beach and also close to shops and restaurants.
