Hotel Firststay Myeongdong

Location was perfect, just 10-minute walk from the Myeongdong shopping center, so close enough but also not too noisy, so not impacted when time to sleep :) Staff Dustin and Yuna were great; customer focused and made the start and end of the stay exceptional. Room size was larger than expected with a double and a single bed, so plenty of space for what we needed and expected.

Facilities were limited, and building was dated. However, had that expectations coming in

I left my luggage here for a few days when going to Busan and then came here and checked in with Nuri and she was the best! Super peppy and friendly, she even had a QR code guide of recommended things to check out in the area. Nuri is an absolute gem! Staff aside, this hotel is in an incredible location! Super central, only a <15 min walk to the heart of Myeongdong. Lots of food options around here and the hotel itself has a great clean vibe, I liked the rooftop lounge area as well.

The 2x twin room was pretty tight for 2 people, so we would've liked more storage options but the front 'hallway' area made it work!

- Super nice receptionists, very helpful and smily - Location is very convenient, at walking distance to Seoul Station and to Myeongdong turist spots

- all was ok for the price paid

It was a great deal for the money - the room was spacious, clean, and the people at the reception (especially Yuna) helped us to feel like home 🌟

No concierge at night, felt unsafe, towels and linens appeared unclean and worn, split air conditioner leaked puddles on floor.
