The apartment was perfect for what we needed. We needed 1 night in a place close to the airport. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Our driver Leo went above and beyond for us and even took us to the oriocentre.

It wouldn't be good for a family holiday location but definitely good for airport transfers or small group of friends looking for a base.

The location is very convenient. Unfortunately, I'm unable to rate the apartment as I was not able to get in. From outside, everything appears in good order.

We arrived at the property at approximately 1:30 AM due to a delayed flight and unfortunately were unable to access the house. The check-in instructions provided by the host were not clear / sufficiently detailed to facilitate entry. While we acknowledge partial responsibility for not being familiar with the key box mechanism, we did attempt to follow the video instructions provided by the host. Despite multiple efforts to contact the host for assistance, we received no response. At 2:00 AM, with no alternative and with two young children (aged 10 and 3), we left with no choice but to spend the night in our car. We subsequently requested at least a partial refund, particularly given that we had also reserved for another day (the day of departure). The host declined our request and he insisted that instructions were provided but not followed. In our view, the host has a responsibility to provide adequate assistance to guests, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the terms and conditions. In summary, we paid for accommodation we were unable to access and ultimately had to sleep in our car — a deeply disappointing and unacceptable experience.
